MAA Ad of Week: AKQA for gamer platform Discord

This particular plaudit shouldn’t always go the advertiser and agency with the biggest budget but, when large sums are spent well, the result can be pretty spectacular.

Gamer platform Discord is trying to take on the Facebooks and TikToks of the social media world and therefore armed its agency AKQA with funds enough for five minutes of ‘Discord – the Movie’ with Danny DeVito, some sparkling effects and, most important, a firm narrative that brings it all together.
