Was there ever another industry like airlines? They spend billions on so-called improvements like new planes but customers don’t appear to see much of it (unless it’s being shoehorned on to a 737 Max). Most passengers think they’re getting worse.
So it’s clever, brave maybe, for budget carrier JetBlue to take a pop at the ‘just enough service’ brigade with a new campaign from MullenLowe US featuring the ‘Alright Brothers.’
Will British Airways be celebrating its 100 years in business (in various guises) with another flag waving effort? That would be brave too.
