Mars Petcare is continuing its “Resistance is futile” campaign through AMV BBDO, this time with a faux French crooner hymning, well, his cat it seems.
No pussy jokes mercifully (bet there was in one of the original scripts.)
Petfood ads seem to get bigger budgets than anything else these days. This pet business really is getting out of hand: the creatures seem to account for most of today’s disposable income.
Nicely done though. AMV BBDO is on form and Mars is a praiseworthy advertiser.
