WPP digital network VML is expanding apace in Europe and ECD Harsh Kapadia has raided some leading creative agencies including noted independents for four new hires, all women.
They are senior creative team Eve Kemanes and Andreea Nedelcu, senior copywriter Paula Hochberg and senior designer Athina Collaro.
Kemanes worked at Ogilvy and VCCP, Nedelco at Jung von Matt, Hochberg at Mount Rushmore in Madrid and designer Collaro for Avon and Glossybox (all below with Kapadia).

Kapadia says: “Eve, Andreea, Paula and Athina are part of a new breed of international and hyper-connected creatives. I’ve been looking at many books and theirs were simply the best ones. I am excited to have them on board.”
The new hires will work on VML’s recent account wins Baileys and Nestlé Skin Health as well as existing clients including Colgate-Palmolive and the International Olympic Committee.
