On the face of it the Shark Steam Cleaner doesn’t seem the most promising of advertising subjects but Saatchi & Saatchi Tokyo has confounded such notions with this more than lively TV spot. Seems to capture the essence of that sometimes bewildering but always diverting country and its, er, ‘culture.’
