Remi Rasenberg takes the reins at Leagas Delaney as MD Hayhurst departs for Unilever

unnamedLeagas Delaney London managing director James Hayhurst is off to be brand director of Unilever’s Persil and is to be replaced by the agency’s head of account management Remi Rasenberg (left).

Rasenberg has been with Leagas for four years. Prior to that he worked art BBH on clients including Audi and Johnnie Walker.

No word from Hayhurst yet but he appears to be part of a trend of top level adfolk departing for big clients, sometimes in the newly-minted post of chief creative officer.

Leagas Delaney founder and chairman Tim Delaney says: “Remi has proved himself pivotal to this year’s transformative agency gains in London – including the wins of Penfolds, Avon and Telecom Italia. He’s a well-loved member of the team and deserves this promotion – we expect great things from him.”
