‘Writers agency’ HHM makes mark for prostate cancer
We’ve often criticised charity ads here for having only one idea: show some suffering and try to tug at the nearest (probably overought) heartstring.
Here’s a rather more imaginative effort for Prostate Cancer UK, from newish agency Holmes Hobbs Marcantonio, three industry veterans who have toiled at Lowe, WCRS, AMV/BBO and Y&R among other places.
HHM’s Adrian Holmes, renowned for his yards of posh tailoring as I recall, says the agency wants to restore good writing to centre stage. And the above is indeed a well-written ad.
