MAA blast from the past: the future of banking customer service – circa 2002

Nigel Farage should think himself lucky about his treatment by NatWest. Could have been worse, according to this ad for Washington Mutual from Sedgwick Road (a branch of McCann I think) in 2002.

Not how WM treated its customers, obs. Clever of them to foresee that “customer service” would come to mean treating customers like cattle though.
