MSQ Partners valued at £37.5m after new LDC investment
Mid-sized marketing group MSQ Partners has secured a new investor, private equity firm LDC in a deal that values the business at £37.5m.
MSQ’s agencies include Holmes & Marchant (branding & design), Smarts Communicate (PR and content), Stack (customer activation and engagement), Stein IAS (B2B marketing), The Gate (creative and media) and twentysix (digital). IT employs more than 600 people across 15 offices in the UK, Asia and US.

In its old guise as Media Square MSQ was something a of a basket case but, under Reid, claims to have delivered double digit growth over its four years as MSQ.
