AMV designs doggy sweaters for Cesar – and there’s a MediaMonk in the mix
Sometimes too much exposure to Christmas ads and the faux emotions associated with the festivities can lead to early signs of brain softening or, at the very least, an Ebenezer-like reaction.
So we travel to the bizarre world of Cesar dog food, which seems to have caught the same funny sweaters bug as Save the Children (not often you find these two welded together.)
Agency AMV BBDO has created a #Twinning studio, designed to manufacture Christmas sweaters to suit pets and their “parents” (as Cesar calls them), to the dogs’ specification. (Brain’s pleading for help already.)
Here’s the behind the scenes version, featuring an intriguing partner in crime (if such it be.)
Yes, it’s Sir Martin Sorrell’s sparkling new MediaMonks, proving yet again that the future of advertising lies in designing doggy sweater studios.
Wonder if Martin owns a pooch? Would like to see him wearing one of these.
Now if you’re into dogs (enjoying parental status perhaps) you might love all this. Personally don’t mind them at all but there are limits.
MAA creative scale: half a woof.
