Chambord moves to London indie agency Brave
French black raspberry liqueur brand Chambord has appointed London independent Brave as its new creative agency following a review run through Creativebrief.
Prior to the review Chambord, owned by Brown-Forman Brands, spent four years at Wieden+Kennedy who produced the striking, if somewhat enigmatic, ‘Because no reason’ campaign.
Marketing manager Emily Richardson says: “We’re thrilled to have appointed Brave as our creative agency. Since being acquired by Brown-Forman in 2006, Chambord has been a stand-out product for us. We’re delighted to have found an agency capable of bringing it to an even wider audience, and to develop the next chapter of our comms together.”
Brave managing partner Ash Bendelow says: “Everyone at Brave is excited to start work on Chambord. It’s a unique product, and the creativity we pride ourselves on at Brave will provide an excellent match. We’re looking forward to the stories we can tell together later this year and beyond.”
Brave lists Amazon, Google and HP among its clients.
