AMV BBDO kicks off BT Sport’s season in style

Who would have thought that BT would turn out to be a good sports broadcaster at a time when it doesn’t seem very good at anything else?

CEO Gavin Patterson, the architect of the company’s move to try to rival Sky, is on his way but BT Sports may be his most successful legacy (provided BT doesn’t sell it, of course, which it might).

The Premiership starts on the weekend of August 10 and BT’s first game is Everton against newly-promoted Wolves. So BT is drumming up interest in its coverage of football and other sports with this lively campaign from AMV BBDO.

Ticks all the boxes too with feisty female Charlotte running rings around Gareth Bale and co. Bale’s still playing for Real Madrid though isn’t he – Does BT know something we don’t?

You can see that AMV enjoys its BT Sport ads. Quite gritty too which seems to be the current house style.
