AMV essays doggy love marks for James Wellbeloved

Mars Petcare is one of the best advertisers around, making clever use of its two Omnicom agencies BBDO and DDB, in the UK AMV BBDO which has produced this artful new campaign for James Wellbeloved dog food (although it tends to be fancier than just dog food these days). Adam&eve DDB handles US brand Temptations from the UK.

James Wellbeloved used to be a French brand,aimed at dog breeders, you’ll be pleased to learn. But that’s globalism for you.

This one? From the practised genre of heart-tugging animation as with AMV’s farewell campaign for Sainsbury’s last Christmas.

Good job it’s a small dog, given its rather precarious source of supply.
