Myer/Aardman: it’s Christmas cobber so get your skis on

Myer is Australia’s biggest retailer and this year agency BBDO Clemenger Melbourne has enlisted famed British animation house Aardman to produce a traditional (snowy, not the norm in Oz) Christmas spot – with a decidedly Australian twang.

Maybe this is what those UK and US agencies already working on next year’s Christmas efforts and desperate to come up with something, anything, different should try: unexpected accents.
