Argos ads are coming thick and fast from CHI, which retained the £50m account at the end of last year.
The agency launched Argos’ new ‘Get Set Go’ campaign last week and now it seems to be treating the High Street warehouses as though they’re department stores, starting in the toy department.
As a ‘click and collect’ pioneer Argos, presumably, has to get its Christmas retaliation in early. Which is a sensible idea anyway as you don’t get killed in the Christmas retail rush, when airtime costs go through the roof.
It’s a neat ad though; you almost wish they’d had the time to develop it (not the case with most Christmas ads).
