18 Feet & Rising tries D-I-Y aviation for Cuprinol

London creative agency 18 Feet & Rising has been pulling out all the stops (albeit on a limited budget) for Akzo Nobel’s Cuprinol outdoor wood paint and the campaign has taken an endearingly barmy turn with the introduction of ‘Cuprinol Man,’ a D-I-Y aviator.

For once the sun is shining on cue as we go into Easter so the UK’s retailers won’t be able to moan about crappy weather as they seek to unload barbecues, garden furniture and tins of Cuprinol.

18 Feet is probably ahead of the pack of recent London agency start-ups, producing the best campaign in financial services for Nationwide. And, unlike many of the UK’s agencies, isn’t content just to execute the client brief (which, I doubt, included Cuprinol Man).
