The Miroma Group, owner of Fold7, which hired Jonathan Burley as chief creative officer two weeks ago, has now recruited two well-known IPG execs to its senior line up.
Craig Lennon (right), international managing director of IPG Mediabrands, becomes The Miroma Group’s first global chief commercial officer. Mike Cooper, president and CEO of IPG’s outdoor planning and buying agency, Rapport Worldwide, becomes Miroma’s global managing director of out of home operations.
Both appointments will involve working closely across the Miroma Group agencies, as well as Miroma Ventures and reach4entertainment. Miroma Group clients include Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, Snapchat, Diageo and eBay.
Lennon, who spent 18 years at Mediacom before moving to IPG in 2018, said: “With a heavy focus on growth and client delivery, Miroma is perfectly placed in the eye of the storm. I know I can add value to Miroma’s excellent leadership team by bringing the essential parts together to truly challenge the status quo.”
Cooper joined IPG in 2013 to run Rapport in the US, before rolling it out globally in 2015, when he was promoted to global CEO and president.
