Puma first down the tunnel as football’s tidal wave begins

The men’s football season is almost upon us (does it ever go away?) and Puma seems to be first out of the blocks with this effort from French agency Lafourmi, hymning the style and swagger that make up ‘the flow.”

It’s teamed with a Spotify playlist featuring some of the players’ favourite tunes so, hardly suprisingly, it looks more like a music vid.

And it isn’t the great Zlatan in the film, just someone who looks like him.

Which sums it up, really. It’s all rather Championship as opposed to Premier League. In a few weeks’ time you’ll be screaming in pain as ever more of this stuff emerges. Nike usually saves the day but we’ll see.
