TBWA/Paris produces a compelling hymn to McMuffins

Good to see food porn making a comeback, this time for McDonald’s Egg McMuffin courtesy of TBWA/Paris. With a delicious French twist (sorry it’s unavoidable.)

The film use some audiovisual wheezes, including ASMR sound which supposedly brings your auditory system to life. There’s also a digital platform highlighting ingredients and 15 videos by a 3-D artist.

Anyway, it’s very nice. As are Egg McMuffins.

Interesting creative difference in McD advertising either side of the Channel with Leo Burnett in the UK going for a mixture of gritty and humorous.

Vive la difference. Let’s hope McDonald’s keeps it that way.
