China grapples with security pants marketing

We can expect to see more Chinese influence in the hitherto Western-dominated business of advertising and marketing so this (apparently banned) TV campaign for Headmuns Security Pants may be of interest.

The premise is that it’s tough being a girl in China (maybe everywhere), what with men and things around, so drastic measures are called for.

Well they might work…

  1. This ad is from Thailand, not China.
    Thailand, especially Bangkok, is known for their Kathoey culture. Won’t be surprise to see this product become a success there.
