Omnicom-owned TBWW is launching an new outpost of its Being Worldwide network in Shanghai.
Being was, indeed, devised in France, and now has offices in Paris, Lille, Lyon, New York, Los Angeles, London, Doha and Seoul as well as Shanghai. It’s what used to be called a below-the-line agency but is now much more cool and creative, including the sales promotion efforts once housed in Omnicom brand Tequila and digital, once at agency.com. It also includes design and shopper marketing.
Shel Liu has been appointed directrice générale of Being Shanghai with Colin Lee as directeur de création.
