Zulu unveils World’s Worst RFP pitch winner – a consultancy

Enterprising agency Zulu Alpha Kilo likes to poke fun at the idiocies of the ad business and this time it’s the “World’s Worst RFP” (request for proposal), won by a giant data-driven consultancy. Which is what some big agencies want to be these days, of course.

World’s Worst RFP was unveiled at Canadian publication Strategy’s Agency of the Year at which Zulu won a Gold as design agency of the year and Bronze in the ad agency of the year category.

Zulu founder and CCO Zak Mroueh says: “Every year, Strategy invites the agencies shortlisted for Agency of the Year to produce a video to debut at the gala. And so we wanted to entertain, but also use the platform to call attention to how our industry can be better for both clients and agencies. Hopefully World’s Worst RFP and smarterpitch.com will start a dialogue just like Say No to Spec (a previous Zulu effort) did.”
