Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Holidays and easyJet take similar routes to escape the winter blues

Now that the summer is over, the tans are fading and the days are getting shorter, the only sensible thing to do is to plan the next holiday.

Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Holidays and easyJet all launch new campaigns this weekend with just that in mind.

The three ads have quite a lot in common: fantasy, fluffy clouds, ice creams, playfulness, bright colours, female pilots, and cool soundtracks.

The two Virgin ads were created by the same team at AMV BBDO, who have been hard at work since winning the combined account in March after a pitch against Omnicom sibling adam&eveDDB. EasyJet’s ad is by VCCP.
