101 wins Burton’s Biscuits

Burton’s Biscuits has appointed 101 as its new creative agency. The agency will take over all brands in the Burton’s portfolio including Maryland Cookies, Wagon Wheels and Jammie Dodgers. 101 won the business in a pitch.

Burton’s Biscuits marketing director, Mandy Bobrowski says: “2017 is set to be a big year for Burton’s and we wanted to embrace a new and fresh approach to our communication strategy and plans. 101 have demonstrated some great thinking on our brands and we are very excited about how we can build some fantastic campaigns over the coming years.”

101 Founding Partner Laurence Green says: “Burton’s have some of the most loved biscuit brands in the UK and a rich history. We’re delighted to be writing the next chapter with such an ambitious company.”

Since it was formed as a breakaway Fallon in 2011 with the addition of former Cadbury marketing director Phil Rumbol 101 has established a formidable track record winning mid-sized domestic accounts. Current clients include the BBC, Britvic, Costa, Game and Scottish Widows.
