The Bank wins place on Cancer Research roster
Cancer Research UK, one of the biggest charities in Britain, has appointed London agency The Bank to its creative roster. The Bank has previously worked on direct response campaigns and corporate films.
Among other agencies Cancer Research uses AMV/BBO which produced a noteworthy effort ‘One Day’ at the tail end of last year.
So quite a lot for The Bank to live up to.
Cancer Research head of brand Kate Eden says: “In our relentless fight to beat cancer sooner, we need to deliver our inspiring brand message across every area of our organisation. We’re confident that our new creative agencies will help us communicate our message with even greater impact. These creative partnerships will strengthen our connection with our extensive range of audiences, helping us to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.”
Indeed. There’s been an awful lot of cancer research advertising over the years and still no definitive breakthrough in the treatment, let alone finding a cure, for cancer.
