Taylor’s takes a new/old approach to coffee marketing

This is rather brave of Taylor’s of Harrogate and agency Beattie McGuinness Bungay (or BMB as it’s now known), an ad ‘Welcome To Coffee’ that doesn’t featured people ‘joining the conversation’ or, indeed people at all.

Taylor’s of Harrogate is an interesting company; founded in 1886 it remains resolutely independent, partly through its success in maintaining the agreeable fiction that there’s such a thing as ‘Yorkshire Tea.’

But it’s all in the blending no doubt. Which probably explains the coffee commercial.
