BBDO New York is running a blockbuster corporate campaign online for GE, the one-time General Electric company that has morphed into one one of the world’s bigger and more mysterious corporations.
Essentially GE makes big things and one such, it seems, are wind turbines. So here’s what the company’s doing for the inhabitants of a windy Scottish island.
Do these campaigns achieve very much? I have my doubts but I suppose they help when you’re applying for contracts – or when, somewhere in the world, the shit hits the fan.
Anyway, it’s very nicely done. The film was directed by the Hudson Dusters duo for Greenpoint Pictures.
