Citroen weaves timely magic from Arsenal connection

Well this is clever and no mistake.

Football is on the mind of some of us as England prepare to play Poland in a game which will determine whether or not they go to next year’s World Cup (avoiding a play-off anyway).

So it’s timely for Citroen to get together with Arsenal in an online film for its sporty DS Cabrio (which may be targeted at footballers’ au pairs). It features magician Drummond Money-Coutts (who sounds more like a wealth management business) and four bemused Arsenal players.

It’s all a trick of course, depending on French striker Oliver Giroud picking Ian Wright as his Arsenal star. Why didn’t he choose fellow Frenchman Thierry Henry? Or a player who’s dead.

But clever and entertaining; from agency CMW.
