The current HSBC TV campaign plugging its sponsorship of the British Lions tour to Australia tweaks the (Australian) wallaby’s tail and now the Aussies have responded in typically subtle fashion with a giant field poster on the flight path to Melbourne, scene of tomorrow’s second test.

This shows a wallaby getting his own back on a lion in eye-wateringly vigorous fashion – courtesy of bookies Sportsbet.

The ad has caused a predictable uproar, with some dubbing it pornographic.
