Duval’s Carlsberg viral hit takes a walk on the wild side – and then promptly backtracks

Well here’s an interesting ad (and viral hit) for Carlsberg from Belgium’s excellent Duval Guillaume Modem; a Spiral-type peek at the dark underbelly of European life (note, the baddies are imports).

And lads (beer drinkers) like a bit of danger: once upon a time they used to watch cowboys and indians films.

But what a cop out at the end! ‘Stand Up For A Friend’ is all amateur dramatics.

If you’re going to do dark and dangerous, at least see it through.
