Jane started her career in various international advertising and digital agencies before becoming the Marketing Director EMEA for Citi and later, Marketing Director EMERI for Christies. Since then she has developed a successful non executive portfolio career in addition to being a visiting lecturer, marketing consultant and running the MAA Coms Ltd business.

Emma Hall is a journalist and editorial consultant and is the former Europe Editor of Ad Age, where she covered European marketing advertising, digital and media stories. She has written for newspapers including the Financial Times, The Guardian, The Times and the Telegraph, and was previously a section editor at Campaign. Emma started her career in New York as a researcher for a biography of Keith Richards.

Matt Williams is head of content at Partners Andrews Aldridge.

Michael Lee is a former ECD of Euro RSCG New York handling Volvo Worldwide. Born in England, he spent 20 years working on integrated accounts including Intel, JP Morgan, ExxonMobil and Jaguar. In 2012 he set up agency search consultancy Madam.
