A&E TBWA wins Great Ormond Street’s five-year brief
Great Ormond Street Hospital has got to be one of the prime charity accounts, particularly in terms of recognition and empathy. But all charities are fighting for money at the moment – even those, like GOSH, who have the rights to JM Barrie’s Peter Pan estate. Adam & Eve TBWA has been tasked with “building a distinct, powerful brand” for the children’s hospital in time for the Christmas push.
The agency worked with GOSH Charity on projects in 2020 and 2021 (the 2021 Christmas ad below), but will now be a partner in developing the charity’s first five-year strategy to inspire more people to support its mission.
Emma Guise, director of marketing & communications at GOSH Charity said: “Adam& Eve TBWA share our ambition and bring exceptional expertise in building purpose-led brands that inspire action and create lasting impact. Following our brand refresh in 2024, we’re ready for the next chapter. Together we’ll inspire more people to support our mission and help create the change that seriously ill children and their families urgently need.”
Tom Ghiden, adam&eve\TBWA’s managing director, said: “GOSH Charity does extraordinary things; not just for children and families across the UK, but for so many kids around the world by funding pioneering research that genuinely changes lives. To play even a small part in supporting their work is something we do not take lightly. We’re proud to be their partners and it’s great to work with such a warm and committed group of people.”
