Taylor Herring produces another winner for ‘Fit Kwik’

Kwik Fit and (PR) agency Taylor Herring won lots of plaudits for their Christmas campaign featuring Santa going in for a retread and they’re back with a fitness regime for the New Year, “Fit Kwik.’

The new fitness session devised with Kwik Fit technicians and personal trainer Mikah Simpson, uses only car and van tyres which are readily available at Kwik fit centres. First off is Kwik Fit’s New Kent Road centre.

The fitness class includes tyre flips, lifts and throws during which participants are claimed to burn up to 1200 calories. Each free session lasts 30 minutes and runs on four Sunday mornings throughout January. There’s also a ‘Fit Kwik’ fitness plan and a series of instructional videos for people to try at home, provided they’ve a spare tyre (the sort you can buy at Kwik Fit).
