Ogilvy travels interestingly for award-winning Expedia

Never quite got round to this last week but Ogilvy London’s global campaign for travel outfit Expedia, ‘Travel Yourself Interesting,’ is indeed an interesting one; perhaps the agency’s biggest success alongside Dove’s ‘Real Beauty Sketches (which mostly hails from Brazil).’

This campaign of three ads, majoring on locations, will run across Europe this summer. ‘Travel Yourself Interesting’ has won buckets of awards including an Effectiveness gong at Cannes, D&AD, the One Show and the Marketing Society.

It doesn’t have you in stitches but it makes the point; which is what clients (and awards juries, it seems) seem to want these days.
