BMW reprises Clive Owen long-form film series

A decade or so ago Fallon in the US pioneered long-form internet content with a series of short films featuring, among others, British actor Clive Owen as the ‘The Driver.’ It won the first Cannes Titanium Lion – fair do’s, it was first and different.

Now it’s back with Owen behind the wheel of a new BMW 5, doing his best not to deliver a blonde “to the money,” who violently disagree agree and seem to have a private army the size of the CIA. By a reconstituted Fallon team.

All tosh of course but well done. Is Owen to old to play James Bond? He’s more convincing than some of the other candidates.
