New DDB New York campaign for IAMS tries to recapture the success of ‘Casey’

Mars Petcare’s IAMS brand (for dogs worried about their six-packs) ran a long-running campaign featuring a girl and her dog Casey, the most successful creative in the brand’s history apparently.

Now DDB New York is trying to match that with a tale about a boy and his dog Duck, which has a twist – obviously.

It is indeed old-fashioned but captures that doggy relationship well enough. MAA creative scale: 6.
