Blues legend BB King has died at 89 so I began looking up some of the ads he’s played a part in. Here’s one (thanks Adweek) he made for McDonald’s Australia back in 1995. The boy has leukemia.

But then, T thought, that’s not really the point, fine effort that it was. He wasn’t about advertising, he was all about this.

A team player too, never one to hog the limelight. There’s a lesson in that too.
