Arc unveils Jessie J as McDonald’s treat for Londoners

McDonald’s is in the midst of a quest for some purpose in life (with a new CEO and a threatened new global advertising campaign from Leo Burnett) so on Tuesday it inflicted chanteuse Jessie J on Londoners as part of its ‘imovint24’ campaign (think that’s how you spell it), ‘surprising’ people all over the world. This was dreamed up by Burnett’s marketing agency Arc.

And here she is.

Pity it didn’t rain. Oh, it did.

Oh well, the tourists (who seem to make up most of the population of Central London these days) seemed to like it. Does this stuff actually sell more burgers?
