BBH New York sends a timely reminder to Diageo

Diageo’s Johnnie Walker is reviewing its account at BBH – surprisingly as the agency has produced some famous work, most notably the single take epic ‘Keep Walking’ featuring Robert Carlyle in 2009.

Whether or not this was on BBH New York’s mind when it produced this new single take effort on the same theme for New Year, we know not.

Presumably it will run in the UK too, given the English voiceover. Diageo has also canned its sponsorship of the London Underground on New Year’s Day, which used to provide revellers with free transport home.

We won’t be selecting an Advertiser of the Year this year as it’s a pretty pointless exercise. But, if we were, it wouldn’t be Diageo.

  2. Don’t think so Hayden, although I take your point.

BBH has oodles of quality and class, as they say, will tell

But it needs to re-invent itself with a new generation for a new generation of clients

    Cheers S
