Leagas Delaney uncorks a cracker for Glenfiddich

Single malt Scotch Glenfiddich has been made by the same family in Dufftown since 1887. Yeah, so what?

But agency Leagas Delaney has brought this to rather surprising life in a new global campaign of two films, one a Western-style effort about the family, the second a Mad Men-type piece on selling the stuff to Americans in the “home of blended whisky.”

Directed by Sam Miller, who did the BBC’s Luther series with Idris Elba. Proper advertising, as you’d expect from Mr Delaney’s emporium.

MAA creative scale: is this an 8 or an 8.5? Oh, go on then, 8.5.
