Saatchi Brazil celebrates garbage men as 20km ‘Invisible Runners’ for Mizuno

Garbage collectors are unlikely heroes for a sports shoe ad but we can expect the unexpected from Brazil’s F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi.

Apparently the people who have the unenviable task of keeping Sao Paulo clean run an average of 20km a day, so Japanese shoe brand Mizuno decided to give them a pair of shoes for Christmas.

Nice idea.

And ‘Invisible Runners’ is a nice ad. MAA creative scale: 7.
