Mother’s KFC wrap battle reinvents Colonel Sanders as a DJ

Colonel Sanders has appeared in many guises over recent years, but this is his first appearance as a DJ with a Frank Sidebottom-style puppet head.

Mother’s latest ad for KFC encourages people to switch lunch providers in a pastiche of mobile phone campaigns. The focus is on its wraps, which at £1.98 are 1p cheaper than rivals’ offerings — every penny counts these days.

Mostly, Mother is spreading joy with an over-the-top version of what a KFC wrap can do for your lunch hour.
