Home alone at Christmas: Apple and Solace

For lots of people it’s going to be a home alone Christmas, more lonely than ever perhaps amid Covid-19.

Apple is trying its best to cheer us up with the HomePod mini carrying its Christmas flag, from TBWA\Media Arts Lab with rapper Tierra Whack.

Not entirely convinced but hitting the right tone in this of all years is fiendishly difficult, even for those clever folks at Apple and TBWA.

Meanwhile back in the UK (and on a rather smaller budget presumably) charity Solace Women’s Aid is raising money for victims of abuse who are confined to quarters with only their traumatic memories to keep them company. From MSQ’s CX agency Stack.
