Eight&four steams into Din Tai Fung UK restaurant launch
Social and creative agency eight&four has been appointed by Taiwan-based international restaurant chain Din Tai Fung to launch its first two UK outlets in London.
Din Tai Fung specialises in steamed buns – Xiao Long Bao in the vernacular – prepared by teams of chefs. Founded in Taipei in 1958, it now has outlets in Japan, The US, Singapore, China, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Macau, the United Arab Emirates and the Philippines.
