Publicis teams with TQI Ventures to create new Sapient.i7

Publicis Groupe’s Publicis.Sapient consultancy is teaming with TQI Ventures to form a new consultancy, Sapient.i7.

The new consultancy says it will offer an “extensive set of services leveraging Salesforce technology to enable digital transformation for large enterprises in Europe.” Salesforce is a global leader in ecommerce applications.

Publicis.Sapient EMEA CEO Nigel Vaz says: “This joint venture with TQI extends our rapidly growing Salesforce capabilities in EMEA and will enable Publicis.Sapient to deliver on its value proposition of being one of the fastest growing digital business transformation service providers in the world. Salesforce is a leading enterprise customer engagement platform for organizations looking to fundamentally improve the interactions that their customers have with their brands.”

Salesforce SVP worldwide alliances Don Lynch says: “We’re excited Publicis.Sapient and TQI Ventures have come together in EMEA to invest in the digital transformation of organizations, leveraging Salesforce technology, to help clients deliver exceptional and personalized customer experiences.”

Publicis as a whole is looking as much like a consultancy as an ad-based marketing services group these days. In the process it has struck some interesting alliances: with Capgemini on McDonald’s, Microsoft for its new Marcel internal communications platform and now ecommerce giant Salesforce.
