With Cannes Lions 2017 on the horizon, YouTube has released its special edition Cannes YouTube Ads Leaderboard of highest scoring ads. These ads represent 11.8 million hours watched for the whole Leaderboard. The top ads include:

Heartstring numbers from Knorr, Hyundai and Budweiser.

Star power including John Cena for Cricket Wireless, Jennifer Hudson and various artists for Shell, Ronaldo and various superstars for Nike and Melissa McCarthy for Kia.

Popular repeats with former winners from 2016, with Hyundai, Samsung and Clash of Clans.
