Just Eat looks for new UK creative agency

Just Eat, the UK quoted company that takes online orders fro independent takeaway restaurants, is looking for a new creative agency after parting with The Red Brick Road which handled the business for two years. Before that the account was with Havas.

As so often in these cases the move to a new agency follows the appointment of a new marketing director, in this case Ben Carter who joined recently from notonthehighstreet.com. Carter has also worked at Betfair.

Just Eat says: “We regularly review our agency relationships as our business evolves. We have enjoyed a successful partnership with Red Brick Road, who were behind the ‘mini-fist-pump’ campaign, but have issued an RFP as Just Eat moves to the next phase of its development.”

Just Eat, founded in Denmark back in 2000, operates in ten or so countries. In the UK it spends around £6m on media through The&Partnership’s M/Six. Which presumably means that T&P’s CHI & Partners creative agency will be in the running.
