Guinness aims for high ground with new AMV RWC blitz

My, this rugby is character building stuff. It’s the Rugby World Cup in ten days or so and long time rugby sponsor Guinness is launching a new campaign through AMV BBDO with two ads: one featuring Wales stalwart Gareth Thomas, who bravely owned up to being gay a couple of years ago, and the other Ashwin Willemse who swapped Cape Town gangs for Springbok rugby.

Oh for the days when rugby players used to heave more TVs through hotel windows than Keith Moon.
