MDC’s KBS buys CRM agency Kenna
Sorry about al the initials…
Once we had agency networks, now, it seems, we have ‘stacks.’
MDC Partners’ KBS Group, now headed by former JWT London and Havas boss Guy Hayward, has bought Canadian CRM agency Kenna to add to its collection of ‘brand building’ agencies there. These also include The Media Kitchen, social media agency Attention and content creator KBS Content Labs.
CEO Hayward (left) says: “As we grow KBS’s marketing stack globally, we are continuing to add new capabilities that can bolster our offering around the globe. We’re delighted that Kenna will be adding their CRM expertise, and we work forward to incorporating them seamlessly into our other specialisms so we can continue to provide the best service to our clients all under one roof.”
Holding company MDC Partners was founded by colourful CEO Miles Nadal. Its agencies include Anomaly, 72andSunny, Crispin Porter and Albion in the UK.
