W+K New York unveils ‘internetest’ safety vid for Delta

Does Cannes (or any other show) have a category in in-flight safety videos? They’re rapidly becoming an advertising sub-sector in their own right.

Here’s a cracker for Delta from Wieden+Kennedy New York: ‘Pay Attention – the internetest safety video on the internet.’

Perhaps Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary could star in one. Preferably before the plane takes off otherwise there could be a nasty accident.

  1. W&K have used internet memes in other work. It seems like bowing down at the alter of youth instead of developing actual ideas. They’re hipster ‘wacky’ I’ll give them that, but frankly they’re boring too.
